Couples Therapy and Relationship Counseling

Relationships provide opportunities for us to learn more about ourselves and others that we choose to be closest to. And sometimes, in the heat of the moment, it becomes difficult for us to see possibilities for learning and growth. Being curious about these possibilities by setting up an initial consultation session is a great first step! In this session we can explore intense feelings provoked in your relationship and together find positive ways to help you move forward. Group Therapy

How would it be for you to share the things you’re going through with a group of people who are working to make similar and positive changes in their own lives?
