Therapy is a collaborative process. So you and I will create an individualized approach that’s designed around you. We’ll work together to overcome the obstacles you may be facing and help you understand what’s really going on in your head.
When you visit Mindwork you’ll be able to learn more about yourself in a safe, private and confidential environment. On average, we’ll meet once a week for about 45 minutes. This gives us time to explore where you’re at, build your mental strength and find a fresh, more hopeful way of looking at the world.
